Ooooh only ONE WEEK LEFT!!!!

Helooooooooooooooooo, are you getting excited yet?

We are exactly one week away from the launch of our Online Classes and what a response!! We have been overwhelmed by your support and we cannot wait to start!!! Of course there is still time to join us and if you are still pondering here s a few more facts to help you decide.

WHAT DO I GET FOR MY MONEY?
For just £15.00 you will have access to more than 10 inspirational classes in PDF format, ready for you to print or download to your computer, ten varied projects with clear step by step instructions, photographs as well as videos for some of them.

WOULD I HAVE TO BE AVAILABLE AT A CERTAIN TIME DURING THE DAY IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE?
Definitely NO, you can recreate the classes in your own time, or you could just download them and keep them for later when you know you will have the time to complete them. This is a self paced experience, YOU choose the WHEN!!! all the projects will be accessible on the site until the end of May and a reminder will be sent out before we close the access to make sure you don't miss saving all the classes/projects.

WHAT WILL I NEED TO TAKE THE CLASS?

All you will need is card, a paper trimmer, adhesive and stamps. We have chosen a selections of exciting new products from the newly released Mini catalogue, that we will feature in most of our classes but you can definitely recreate the same projects with whatever products you might already have. Wow!

Well the first challenge finishes at midnight on Saturday and we are simply overwhelmed with the response that we have had, so we thought that you all deserved some recognition and reward for your hard work :) ......

Every week the SWU team will pick 5 favorites of the week and they will all get the chance to display our new "Stamp With Us Fave Five" blinkie, if they wish. Then, we will select by a random number generator, a challenge entrant who will receive a FREE entry into our May on-line class!

We realise that as we do more and more challenges, the information about the on-line class and retreat will slip down into blog space, so we have now added a menu bar at the top of this blog (under the header) for you to click if you need any further information in the future.

We have had lots of interest in the on-line class and retreat and will be posting further information over the coming weeks - we don't want to share all the surprises at once - but I can guarantee you that you will love all of it and it is all fantastic value for money!.

Could we just request that if you have a specific question about anything that you email us at stampwithus@ymail.com where we can give you a personal reply - it gets difficult to answer questions in the comment sections but we are more than happy to do so.

Can you stand another surprise?????????????

Well, I’m guessing that if you are looking at our banner long enough, it’s probably not the hugest surprise to say that today, it’s time to tell you about the retreat that we have organised for you! YAY!!!

We are aware that many of you love the internet and the on-line classes that come with it, but sometimes there is nothing better than just a girly get together with other women who just understand :0) (Get out clause - we welcome men to our events too, we just don’t find many who understand!)

So, let’s begin by saying that we understand LOL :)

But here are the basics of what we have planned:

What? - A Papercrafting weekend / day using Stampin' Up! products

When? - Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th of July 2009

Where? - Holiday Inn, Guildford

How much? - That depends on how long you want to join us for LOL!

Who? - Anyone who loves papercrafting, loves SU and wants to play

So, in this credit crunching, non-spending, business downturn kind of time, we wanted to make this as accessible as we could, to as many of you that we could and this is what we came up with:

Each day (Saturday and Sunday) will run from 8.30am to 5.30pm and will include four papercrafting classes, refreshments, lunch and a whole heap of fun! We will also be running a Saturday night Party, which will have make and takes, demonstrations, games and general laughs and hilarities. The days will be intense with lots to concentrate on and the evening event will be far more relaxed – and a whole heap of giggles!

We have space for a maximum of 50 people for each session and the three sessions are split as follows:

Saturday Day: £90
Saturday Night Party: £25
Sunday Day: £90

You may book one session or all three sessions it is completely up to you.

You can book your place by paying us using the Paypal button on the right hand side (make sure it’s not the button for the On-line class – as much as we’d love to produce a weekend event for £15 per person, we’re not sure it would consist of much other than sitting in the car park LOL!). You will then be forwarded a confirmation email together with a form for us to collect your details on. We are able to take payment by cheque if that is easier, please email us on stampwithus@ymail.com for more details on this option.

ACCOMMODATION IS NOT INCLUDED WITHIN THESE PRICES!!

The Holiday Inn, Guildford is a gorgeous hotel, but we thought it would be nice for you to decide how much you spent on accommodation, if you needed it, then it was up to you if you wanted to go Super Deluxe or blow up bed and ten to a room :0)

We have managed to negotiate discounted prices for rooms at the Holiday Inn, Guildford for a price of £80 PER ROOM (i.e £80 if it’s a single room, £40 each if it is a twin room) for one nights bed and breakfast and £55.00 PER ROOM if you want to stay for a second night (i.e. if you are staying two nights and sharing a room, the price is just £67.50 for two nights bed and breakfast!).

You can book this directly by phoning the hotel and you quoting ID KL6 as the reference to get these reduced rates.

So, we think that this should cover most of the basics. Obviously nearer the time, you will receive everything that you will need to know as in what to bring etc but all in all, we thought it would be a whole heap of fun to get some people together and all do what we love doing.

Stamping With Us Online !!!!!!

We all LOVE to create beautiful projects but we all have busy schedules now a days, and most of you will not have the time to attend a class locally but would still love to learn fun techniques and be inspired by cool projects that you can recreate with ease. So what can we do to remedy this?

Well how about we ALL get together!!! WE will be the hostesses with the mostesses and YOU will get the chance to STAMP WITH US every day for TWO WHOLE WEEKS!!!

What if we told you that there will be interactive LIVE chats with fun games, PRIZES - yes lots of prizes, challenges, cool classes (like TEN inspirational classes) with full instructions and step by step photographs, oh and how about VIDEOS? Yeah, how about having a video that you can pause and restart as many times as you need while you complete your projects? How about a inspirational gallery for everyone to share their creations?

Oooh I am getting so excited at the thought, and you know what the best bit about this is? You won't even have to get dressed, nope you can complete ALL of those classes without an ounce of make up on and in your jim jams if you wish, and of course there will be no time limit, enjoy recreating those projects at your own pace and when you find time.

Oh and then there will be bonus projects as well!!! YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE what we have planned for you all. All our classes will showcase exclusively Stampin'Up! product, but of course, this is not essential, you could use whatever products you have in your collection already, it will still be fun and your projects will be just as beautiful.

Are you a Stampin'Up! demonstrator? All of our projects will make perfect classes ready for you to offer your customers, all the hard work is done for you - simply order the supplies and GO!!!

We will allow you to use all the classes for generating more business for yourself. The only thing we are asking you not to do, is share the instructions on your blogs, the same goes for everyone that takes the classes we will be more than happy for you to post your beautiful projects on your sites but please refrain from posting the tutorials, those are copyrighted to *Stamp With Us*.

WOW - who would have believed when we started this just over two weeks ago, that so many of you would be as excited as we are about this! We cannot believe that we have had over 5000 visitors and that there are so many Stampin' Up! fans out there! We really appreciate all of your lovely comments.

So, here we are - the 1st April 2009! - the day that we officially invite you to come and "Stamp with Us"!

We have lots to get through today so grab yourself a cuppa and read on……………..

Now onto the nitty gritty - today we launch the CHALLENGES part of Stamp With Us (challenge rules can be found on the right hand side of this blog)

The challenges will normally be launched on a Sunday so you are getting an extra four days for the first one!

Entries for the first challenge need to be entered before midnight (GMT) on Saturday 11th April.
Stamp With Us challenges will rotate in the following way:

Sketch = To create a project using the given sketch as your inspiration
Theme = Make a project to match with our theme
Colour = We' ll show you an image that will be your colour inspiration for your project
Recipe = We will ask for certain elements to be used and you must follow the recipe!

We might just add some extra sneaky challenges in occasionally to keep you all on your toes too……lol

That means that the first challenge is a sketch…..
